FAQ Admin

Overview – The FAQ Admin function allows users with appropriate privileges to add, update, and delete FAQs from the Web Portal.

Adding FAQ:

  1. Click Add FAQ under FAQ Admin Options on the left navigation bar.
  1. Enter the question and answer and check which FAQ(s) this question will appear under.
  1. Click Add to add the FAQ or Reset to start over.

Manage FAQ(s):

  1. Click Manage FAQ under FAQ Admin Options on the left navigation bar.
  1. To delete FAQ(s):
  1. Check the box in front of the FAQ(s) you want to delete.
  1. Click Delete to remove the FAQ(s).
  1. To edit an FAQ click Edit beside the FAQ you wish to update.  You will be taken to the page Add FAQ where you can change the text and/or the assignment of the FAQ.
  1. Click Update to save the change.
