FAQ Admin
Overview – The FAQ Admin function allows users with appropriate privileges to add, update, and delete FAQs from the Web Portal.

Adding FAQ:
- Click Add FAQ under FAQ Admin Options on the left navigation bar.
- Enter the question and answer and check which FAQ(s) this question will appear under.
- Click Add to add the FAQ or Reset to start over.

Manage FAQ(s):
- Click Manage FAQ under FAQ Admin Options on the left navigation bar.
- To delete FAQ(s):
- Check the box in front of the FAQ(s) you want to delete.
- Click Delete to remove the FAQ(s).
- To edit an FAQ click Edit beside the FAQ you wish to update. You will be taken to the page Add FAQ where you can change the text and/or the assignment of the FAQ.
- Click Update to save the change.
